Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. We offer standard shipping on all orders, with delivery times varying by location. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, clearance or final-sale items, and custom or personalized products are non-returnable.
How to Return or Exchange

. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require placing a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Furvenity is not responsible for lost return packages.
