Furvenity – Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Furvenity. We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Return Process

  1. Email our customer support team at info@furvenity.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
  3. After your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Postage & Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all postage and return shipping costs.
  • Since Furvenity does not charge shipping fees on outgoing orders, only return shipping costs apply.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Furvenity is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.
  • Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or card provider.
