Thank you for shopping with Furvenity. We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
Return Process
- Email our customer support team at info@furvenity.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
- After your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Postage & Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all postage and return shipping costs.
- Since Furvenity does not charge shipping fees on outgoing orders, only return shipping costs apply.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Furvenity is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.
- Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
